• I understand that under no circumstances will I be receiving any sexual services, and I will not attempt to request or suggest them.
• I will never touch Goddess Venusia without Her explicit consent or command.
• I will show up clean, in day wear, with any prior requests completed & with full remainder prepared upon arrival time. I will not show up earlier than the time given.
• If I must cancel, I will do so as early as possible, up to 72 hours prior to scheduled session. I understand that I may reschedule for another time within 10 days of said date. If I do so with less than 72 hours notice, a new retainer will be required to schedule another time frame. Note that retainers are inherently non-refundable.
• I will not show up to a session if I feel ill; I will contact Goddess Venusia as soon as possible to reschedule within a reasonable time frame.
• I understand that this form expresses my limits and interests and that, unless explicitly noted and accepted, I am INTENDING TO SERVE GODDESS VENUSIA AS SHE WISHES ME TO SERVE.
• I understand that attempting to top/control the session from the bottom will not be tolerated.
• Upon submitting this application, I will be ready to discuss booking + send 50% retainer, should I be accepted!
Violating any of the above or Goddess Venusia’s boundaries may result in an immediate end of session without refund. A choice to disrespect boundaries does not warrant reward.
